Reporting Services
Real-time Transcription:
Verbatim testimony transcribed simultaneously while the court reporter is
writing allows the attorneys to review and mark portions of testimony and make
notes within their copies of the transcript on their computer screens, without
interrupting the proceedings. Court reporters from Kane & Trap, Inc., can
provide laptop computers for attorneys to use during the course of a deposition
and give easy instruction on how to use them.
Digital Photography:
As the saying goes, "A picture's worth a thousand words." We have
the ability to place a digital photograph of the witness on the Title Page of
any deposition transcript.
E-transcript:
The litigation standard in electronic transcripts with RealLegal software.
By double-clicking the e-transcript file, you automatically receive a viewer that
enables you to perform one-click navigation, searching, viewing, and the ability
to print a hard copy of your transcript.
Secure archiving
Each deposition transcript is stored in ASCII format for your convenience.
No more wasted time spent looking for that hard copy. A quick phone call and you
will receive a transcript via e-mail for downloading and printing.
Online repository
(Currently under construction - available soon.)
Having a court reporting staff with extensive
experience reporting large, complex and technical litigation, allows us to
consistently and continuously assist clients in preparing their cases for trial
by providing them with regular, expedited, or daily transcript delivery, along
with real-time reporting capabilities. In addition to our staff reporters, our
firm has certified court reporters available statewide, as well as nationwide
affiliations, to ensure that all your court reporting needs are covered easily
and without mileage expense. We use only court reporters that have achieved
certification at the state and national level, as well as reporters that adhere
to the strict guidelines established by the National Court Reporters
Association.
